All around great experience with Kempenfelt Windows & Doors. They installed my garage door openers at a fair price, arrived on time and the guys were very friendly. Excellent work. I had already paid for a quote from Home Depot and was thoroughly disappointed with the contractors not showing up, providing a ridiculous quote and delaying the installation day & time twice. I’d highly recommend Kempenfelt Windows & Doors.

This is the second time we’ve used Kempenfelt Windows & Doors – first for all of the windows and doors in our home – and this time for the garage doors and openers. Both times supported why these guys are number one in Barrie. We had multiple installers over several days as our garage doors and older home presented some challenges. Darryl explained everything clearly. Darryl and Josh completed the work today. Darryl and Mike were involved previously as was another Mike and several other guys I neglected to get the names of. All of them very professional, skilled and courteous. The one time they were a little late, Darryl called to let me know in advance. That’s what you want – for them to finish each job with quality and care – and a call to know they’ll be a little late as a courtesy. Don’t go elsewhere – these guys are the best. We love our new garage doors and openers! Great product. Great service.

Although we only replaced two windows in the garage we were really pleased with both the windows and the service. All interactions with this company were professional and friendly and that goes for office staff as well as the installers. We are planning on getting new front doors and sidelights as well as new garage doors next year and will definitely be using Kempenfelt Windows & Doors at that time.

We had 14 windows replaced in our home done by Kempenfelt Windows & Doors. The crew of Jessie, Dave and Tyler were fantastic. They kept the place clean and worked very proficiently to get the job done. We are most pleased with the installation.

I had two doors installed on December 7/21. The two young men showed up on time and went straight to work, did really amazing job and left my house clean. I would recommend Kempenfelt Windows & Doors to anyone.
