We are so pleased with our new kitchen window installation. The staff were so kind and professional at Kempenfelt Windows & Doors. The price was the most reasonable of all our comparisons with other window companies. Any further window installation jobs we will be sure to contact and hire them once again.

First I’d like to comment on how much I enjoyed having Rob, JP and Bianca install our windows and doors. I felt as though they were relatives, only professional. They answered all the questions I had (which were a lot I thought). Secondly I’d like to say that the staff I’ve dealt with was very courteous and responded promptly. I like a company that treats you well. We hit a snag or two but I believe it will be handled efficiently and effectively. Thank you all. Great job. By the way. The windows and doors look great.

Kempenfelt Windows & Doors is well deserving of its #1 rating. Right from the start we knew we were in good hands with Brent Zimon in sales. We are high maintenance clients with a lot of concerns and questions. Brent was patient and took care to ensure that our answers were resolved and even made site visits. Also despite COVID related delays our windows arrived just a little over the expected time frame. We consider ourselves lucky especially considering our large order of 29 windows, a front door and patio door. The install team of J.P., Robert and Bianca also did an excellent job of installation and tidy up after. They were professionals and trust worthy. The Euro windows are of excellent quality and have increased our enjoyment of our home. We are very happy with our choice and will gladly recommend this company.

Great Job on Entire House! Very impressed with the quality of our new windows and doors. We are just so happy to have a fully functional front door again, and it’s gorgeous too! Thanks to JP, Rob, and Bianca for a wonderful job throughout. They work fast, efficiently and were very clean.
