We had Kempenfelt Windows & Doors install our last windows in our house in Barrie. When we moved to the Muskoka’s 12 years later, we hoped we could use them again. Robert (owner) is a fantastic guy and a delight to work with. Exceptional service, great warranty and a hassle free customer driven backing. The team they sent for our install (Dave, Jesse, Tyler) could not have been more accommodating. Absolutely a dream team! They worked in conditions that were far from favorable, with no complaints and made sure that we were happy with exactly what we wanted. Everyone involved with the installation and service of our garage doors, front doors, patio door and windows were knowledgeable and professional. Darryl did an amazing job with the installation of the garage doors and follow up service. Darryl went above and beyond to accommodate our schedules including working late at night to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Darryl made sure that our experience with the company was a positive one. A true asset to the company. The window installers (Jesse and team) were accommodating with the order in which the rooms were completed and the pride in their job showed. The door installers did and amazing job as well. We absolutely love our garage and front doors. Thank you everyone!

We ordered new windows for our home in July of this year. With the pandemic still in process they ran into some delays but provided me with regular updates on where things were. They finally arrived and the installation went very well. The team was professional and clean. They kept safe with COVID protocols and ensured I knew how to work the new windows and patio door. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great quality product and professional service.

Our window installation by Kempenfelt Windows & Doors was recently successfully completed. We are thrilled with both the appearance, quality and the increased warmth in our home and looking forward to lower utility bills this winter. Rob’s guidance for the style was great. We happily shared our space with an installation crew. Jessie and Tyler kept the project organized and moving forward. Dave’s experience and craftmanship is evident. This is the second time we’ve used Kempenfelt as a contractor and recommend the company and the installers to everyone.
