We did a lot of research before choosing Kempenfelt Windows & Doors to replace 10 windows and one door. I’m a very demanding customer. I expect a quality product and a professional installation for my money. From reception, sales, measurements, scheduling and installation, Kempenfelt delivered as promised. To get the look I wanted, I ordered the windows with brick moulding where there was none before. This meant extra work for the installers. Our windows were ordered and installed exactly as I requested and the installers even commented how nice they looked with the moulding. We’ve only replaced half our windows so far. When the time comes, there’s no question, we’re going with Kempenfelt again.

We are thrilled with the replacement of our patio doors. The existing door was damaged and factory orders we suggested 6 to 8 weeks to have the factory build the replacement door. Five other competitors were interviewed with a consistent theme of 6 to 8 weeks for factory builds. The Kempenfelt Team (Paul, Eric and Brent) stated they would place a rush order. Two and one half weeks later the installation was complete with the best product and price point of all the five interviewed. The installation team of Ken and Kenny completed the removal and installation within two hours inclusive and clean up. They were informative as they worked and made the complete experience enjoyable. We have no reservations in recommending this local business to any and all who require assistance. What a marvelous experience.
