We cannot express enough how happy we are that we went with Kempenfelt. From dealing with Brent for sales to Andrew and the whole install team it has been smooth sailing. Andrew and the guys were professional, clean and meticulous with the install. Our house instantly went from drab to amazing. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you Kempenfelt for making this such an easy process and making our house more efficient and adding wonderful curb appeal.

We had Kempenfelt Windows & Doors install one of their tilt and turn doors about 8 years ago. We bought it mainly for security reasons although everything else about it works perfectly no drafts or leaks. Unfortunately we had an attempted break in but the perpetrators could not break through the doors locking system. They came back two weeks later and tried again only to be unsuccessful trying to pry the door and finally broke a window to gain access. This time the outer part of the door while still intact and secure, sustained cosmetic damage but none to the locking mechanism. I highly recommend the REHAU Series Garden Doors manufactured by Euro Vinyl Windows & Doors supplied and installed by Kempenfelt and will be replacing the door and upgrading the window using the same. Perhaps another door in garden door in the spring for the upper level deck.

What a great company. I was so impressed with everyone I dealt with from Sales to office staff Jennifer and Janet to Cody, Dale and Andrew who installed my windows and sills. Work was done in a timely manner and without a lot of mess. I’m thrilled with the quality of my new windows and especially the tilt feature on my sliders. I will definitely recommend Kempenfelt Windows & Doors to my family and friends.

We recently had a new sliding door installed in our kitchen. Kempenfelt did an amazing job. Very impressed with the salesperson, and installers. Wonderful experience for us and we will certainly be contacting Kempenfelt when we are ready to replace our windows. Thanks so much to all.
