We recently had Kempenfelt Windows & Doors install a new dining room window in our 50 year old home and it looks great.
We chose your firm because we have had several other windows installed by you and are completely satisfied with both product and workmanship by the installers. Your reputation in our community is outstanding.
The two man crew were prompt and phoned to advise they would be at our home at a certain time, and they were.
Being a snowy, blowy day, we were concerned about having a massive opening in a wall but we need not have worried. Nor did we need to worry about workers tracking snow and dirt into our home and broadloom carpet, which they covered with their own material.
One worker did most of the outside work and another inside.
I was so interested in the entire procedure that I spent much time watching, and noticed the care and attention they gave to the project.
The installation was completed in great time. The old window and storms were taken away and the clean up was perfect.
Summing up. we are very pleased to have had Kempenfelt Windows again fulfill our needs, promptly and efficiently. We have only one window in our home to be replaced at a future date and Kempenfelt Windows will again be our choice.

Had my windows installed in mid-October. Very impressed with the whole process and their product. The installation crew was great to deal with and very professional. Would I recommend Kempenfelt Windows & Doors… absolutely 💯.

We are very happy with both the product and installation. We purchased double front doors and a large half moon transom window. Both products are exactly as discussed. Eric, the sales rep, was very professional and knowledgeable. We would recommend this company to anyone.

Very professional from start to finish. Brent from sales is efficient and knowledgeable. Wasn’t the cheapest quote and wasn’t the most expensive either. We got a good vibe from Brent and I prefer to support local business. Install team of Jessie Dave and Christian were fantastic. Very friendly and respectful of our home. Did an awesome job installing and the trim looks great too. We hope they are available come time to replace the windows in the front of our home. After our experience with Kempenfelt Windows & Doors I won’t even bother calling other companies for quotes.
