Work was completed efficiently and quickly. Installers were polite and obviously well trained. Work site was cleaned up before leaving. New door is beautiful and let’s in lots of light to a previously dark hallway. We are very satisfied with the installation.

Highly recommend Kempenfelt Windows & Doors, we had 7 windows and a new door with side windows installed recently. Both crews (1 crew for the windows and 1 crew for the door) were very professional very careful with protecting our hardwood floors during the installation. Both crews got along and worked so well together which was great because more often then not when you have a crew that big, some don’t get along with others and it comes out in their workmanship, not in this case the workmanship was top notch, after inspection of the windows and door we found absolutely nothing to complain about. The quality of the windows and door is also top notch. It’s only been a couple of days and we’ve already have had many compliments (specially the door). I gave them 5 stars, if I could give them more I would.

We are quite happy with the appearance and installation of our new garage door. It looks very classic and your installers did a great job installing and sealing the door.

Had new Windows installed November 30 2020. Just to let you know the installers Mike, Zak and David where amazing. Did a great job installing and explaining how the windows worked and a great cleanup afterward. You should be very proud to have employees such as these 3. Also like to Thank Tony who went out of his way to help us. Will be doing a few more windows in the spring and will definitely be with Kempenfelt Windows again. Thank You for a great experience.

I’ve got to say the entire experience with Kempenfelt Windows & Doors was excellent right from our first visit to installation and beyond. The customer service from you and Kempenfelt is excellent. Thank you so much. I will be calling again in the future to investigate completing my window upgrades on the house.
