Got to say I am impressed with their overall service. The sales guy Brent was not pressuring me and gave me a fair price from the start (Other companies quoted higher then when I told them I would be going with another company dropped the price)! Kempenfelt delivers quality product (sliding glass door) for a reasonable price. The install guys were friendly and funny! They got right to work and did a phenomenal job of installing the door. They left the place clean and left nothing behind. I had to leave for work and they locked up after and I had nothing to worry about. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend Kempenfelt for doors and windows.

We replaced all our windows and doors 3 years ago. We were thoroughly pleased with the project, both the quality of the product and the expertise of the installers. We recently had a technician from Kempenfelt come to our home to make an adjustment to our front door. He came on one of the worst winter storms we have had this year. Fabulous customer service. We would highly recommend Kempenfelt Windows & Doors.

From our initial meeting right through until completion we couldn’t be happier with the service, product and installation. The crew were at our house for 3 days replacing every window and door system in our house. They were professional, kind, courteous and clean. We had a bit of an issue with a large window cut out that revealed some hidden plumbing pipes but they immediately addressed our concerns and had the problem sorted out within a few hours. You get what you pay for. So if you want the best windows, best service and a company that stands behind their product, then I highly recommend using Kempenfelt Windows & Doors!

We give Kempenfelt Windows and Doors a 5++ rating. We chose Kempenfelt as the company to carry out the replacement of all of our entry doors and windows, in our home and couldn’t be happier. It has been an amazing experience. Our home now has a beautiful front door, quality windows, and insulated Garaga garage doors. All of the staff have been excellent to deal with. Brent in sales was patient, answered all our many questions, and didn’t pressure us in any way for the sale. The installation crews lead by Ken for our doors, and Rich for our windows, were very courteous and worked with our schedule. Kempenfelt’s best kept secret is definitely their installation crews. The guys who carried out our project are not subcontractors. These guys are skilled at what they do; meticulous and a fun bunch of guys to spend a few days with. Their workmanship outside and inside is top quality and the outcome of our project far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this company.
