Kempenfelt Windows & Doors are so good. They actually care. I had a window problem that was about to cause damage and leave me exposed. They did everything they could to help me and quick. They were kind, courteous and went above and beyond to help me. I am safe and secure now. I would to thank the owner and all the installers. You are truly amazing.

The two installers Dale and Kenny showed up promptly at 8:30 am. The installation went extremely well and we are thrilled with our new patio doors and kitchen window. And I am most happy about my front window panel being replaced as well. Dale and Kenny were very professional, pleasant and had a good sense of humour. They got the job done in record time and left my home clean and tidy. Please let them know that their work was greatly appreciated, especially in this hot weather! We will most definitely refer any of our friends or neighbours to Kempenfelt Windows & Doors should they have a requirement.

The installation team lead by Kenny was first rate. Respectful, informative and efficient. From our first contacts with Brent in sales, we felt heard, understood and no question or concern was to small for a thorough explanation in terms we could understand. We are very happy with the purchase.
