We ordered our windows from Kempenfelt Windows & Doors in Aug of 2020 for a new home build. Unfortunately due to COVID, the windows were severely delayed. Kempenfelt provided regular status updates to the best of their abilities, and even came over to install poly over the window openings to improve the situation within their ability. Tony the shop manager was truly fantastic through this process. When we eventually got the windows, they were stunning, and exactly what we had hoped for. For such a large and complex project, the windows were all made exactly as expected. We researched over 6 different window manufacturers including aluminum, wood with aluminum cladding, fibreglass, and vinyl, and I would definitely go straight back to Kempenfelt for future projects. A huge differentiator for us was the steel reinforced vinyl. It allowed us to do very large single piece glass windows which turned out amazing. Would highly recommend.

I am over the moon happy with the service I received from Kempenfelt Windows & Doors. A few weeks back our garage door motor stopped working. After contacting the company and talking with their fabulous and friendly receptionist. They sent a technician out. Darryl may be one the happiest, kindest person I’ve ever met. He’s one of those guys that just make you smile with his easy go lucky attitude and professionalism. Today Darryl and Trevor came to put the motor in and again went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I also asked if he could look at a door that really tricky to open and close (thinking it was also installed by Kempenfelt). It wasn’t done by this company but without hesitation he fixed it up in minutes for me. This is one of the best costumer service experiences I’ve ever had! Friendly fast service! I will ALWAYS recommend this company! Thank you x1000 Darryl, you absolutely amazing!

Thanks to Kempenfelt Windows & Doors awesome installation crew of Jesse, Dave and Christian for an excellent job, couldn’t have asked for a better crew to help us out. Thanks also to sales rep Mark Linnemoller for his professional assistance in helping us choose our windows, Mark’s a genuine gentleman who knows the product and obviously cares about the client… nice to see these days!! Well done everybody, will definitely recommend you guys to everyone on my street!!!

We just had a new garage door installed and we are so happy, great job and wonderful people to deal with, we recommend them. Now we are waiting on our new front door!

We had all of our windows replaced by Kempenfelt Windows & Doors, and our front door and side lights. When it came time to sell our house, our agent was happy to know that they were by Kempenfelt, and even mentioned it in the listing! It helped us to get a very good price for our house.
