I had my new door installed on Thursday and am very happy with everything. The guys were very friendly and polite and extremely efficient and I absolutely love my new door. From the first visit with Chris, our salesperson to the final install, everything was fantastic! Kempenfelt is my go to for any further window and door needs.

Jesse, Dave & Tyler came to install our windows yesterday. The crew was polite, professional and completed excellent work. It is nice to see a crew that respects the clients home and cleans up after themselves. Great job guys.

We knew we were getting a quality product at a good price after shopping around, talking to friends who used Kempenefelt and our visits with Robert. We were surprised by the quality of the installation and the professionalism of the staff. Thank you Jessie and Dave for such a super job. Customer service at it’s best! We love our new windows.

I have been replacing my windows using Kempenfelt Windows and not only are their windows second to none but their quality of service is as well. I recently reached out to them about an eavestrough issue right above one of the windows I had installed. The eavestrough was causing excess ice to form down the window. I called them looking for someone they could possibly recommend. Although it’s not their core service they went out of their way to have a technician come over and access the situation. They then went above and beyond any expectations I had of the company and they rectified the issue. Daryl, the gentleman that did the repairs demonstrated incredible customer service. This is an example of what a top notch organization looks like. I am truly grateful for the service I was provided. I highly recommend using this company for any of your windows/doors needs.
