Kempenfelt installed a brand new door on our house. It was beautiful and the talk of the neighbourhood. They guys who installed it were friendly, efficient and did an amazing job. Then we moved. We called Kempenfelt and they replaced 10 windows, front door and patio door on our current house. Three workers came and were absolutely amazing. Everything looks amazing, they cleaned up after they were done. Very friendly and walked us through everything when they were done. I will always deal with Kempenfelt Windows & Doors in the future.

I can’t say enough great thing about my experience with Kempenfelt Windows & Doors. Wow what a great company. Not only are these great windows, with an amazing warranty (even if I sell my house), the entire team from my initial enquiry until the final install was a true pleasure to work with. In my experience retrofitting old windows is costly & stressful, Kempenfelt went above and beyond to make the process as painless as possible. Our Sales Rep. Chris was informative, and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The office staff were friendly and efficient. I was skeptical when they said that 15 windows could be installed in one day, but they sent a team of 6. Kenny, Darryl, Mark, Katrel, Caedan & Brian got it done and do not cut corners. Working over 10 hours straight, these guys went above and beyond. You know someone at the top is doing things right when the employees are as happy & willing to work as they were. My home was clean and garbage all removed, even my cream carpets & hardwood floors were good as new and dry when they finished despite the mud and rain. They addressed caulking issues around my roof line, assured me they were prepared to tackle any frame damage that they might come across. Trim installed, nail holes filled and the old lintels are covered so the entire window looks great inside and out. I researched several window companies and ultimately made my decision to choose Kempenfelt mainly due to the 25 year warranty, thinking “I never want to replace my windows again”. After this experience I am confident that I won’t have to on this house, but I would no longer shy away from buying another property that needs new windows. Thanks for an amazing job.

Great job replacing two patio doors and six windows last month! Our salesperson was Nick, very knowledgeable, professional and easy to deal with. The installing crew were very polite, worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned nicely after each step. Very happy with their work and we would highly recommend Kempenfelt Windows in the future.

Just wanted to thank Andrew and his crew as well as Darryl for a quick and great job for 2 doors and 10 windows. Even Ran into a major hiccup with a 12 foot header replacement mid window install. Came back quickly within a couple days and had everything fixed and 12 foot window installed. No small feat with the pandemic supply issues.

Highly recommended! The installation team (Ken, Brian, Kat) was super very friendly and completed great work on my new patio door! They explained everything they did step by step and how the warranty works. I would definitely request the same team back next time!
