Darryl & Nick came to correct a situation. Not only do they get a 10 out of 10 but so does their workmanship. We are very pleased with the result. Just to pass on, our daughter and son in law are very happy too with their installations of all windows/patio door replacements!!! We will continue to refer Kempenfelt Windows & Doors.

My Installation Team of Devon and Katryl were very nice, professional, knowledgeable and quick. They arrived and immediately got to work installing my new garage door. Once completed they explained about the weather protection, cleaning of the door and all aspects of its operation. They helped make sure that my new code worked too. The job site area was very clean after they were done. In the future if I need my windows done I will be using the same company and I hope they are the installation team for that too.

Jesse, Dave and Tyler were a wonderful and considerate team. We had all the windows as well as patio doors and front door replaced in our home and were impressed with the quality and installation. The crew was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job replacing even the few finicky windows we had. We would definitely reccomend Kempenfelt Windows & Doors as we had a great experience with zero complaints.

We recently had a a coupe of doors installed. From the rep (Paul) to the installation team (Jesse, Dave and Tyler) we had excellent service. The installation team was presented with a real challenge with one of the door installations and the end result showed that their hard work, professionalism and expertise resulted in a quality installation. On a scale of 1-10 they would be a 15.

The team of Andrew, Mark and Josh that came to install three windows were amazing. They were very professional and worked non stop to provide such great service. The final product was so worth the wait!!! The team was very respectful of the work environment and my home and cleaned up after. There was no mess afterwards, and they took the time to show me the install process, the final product and how to use/clean the new windows. I was also thoroughly impressed with Scott the salesman, who showed up half way through the install to make sure I was pleased with the product and work crew. It also impressed me that he bought the crew Timmies… they were working on one of the hottest summer days of 2021!! I would definitely recommend Kempenfelt Windows & Doors to anyone needing an update.
