Our S-772 double-hung and slider windows are

the best of the best.  To the overall advantages of

vinyl, these designs add such features as:

 
Frame and sash corners welded into a single, solid unit surrounding the glass to provide a permanent seal against air and water penetration. The fusion-welded S-772 performed so well in structural, thermal, and forced entry resistance testing that the ASTM and AAMA awarded it their stringent commercial grade rating.
Multi-chambered, airtight frame and sash components for condensation resistance and insulation far superior to mechanically joined windows.

 

 
Three weather- stripping seals (most vinyl windows have only two) surround the sash to seal against air filtration.
A sill design that sets the sash into, rather than on the frame, to withstand leaks during even the most severe storms.
